what does it do

The voice commands provided by artificial intelligence can format and modify the text, such as removing a word or redoing a recent action.

Windows will be adding additional voice commands to Dictate in the following months, according to Windows Central.

Dictate supports over 50 languages and provides an alternative method for entering text into OneNote.
