Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick are facing a legal lawsuit for $40 million over advertising luxury prizes on Instagram that is alleged to be a lottery scam.

According to reports, Kim and Scott formed a lottery in which contestants could win $100,000 and first-class tickets to Los Angeles.

And the winner also has a chance to stay in Beverly Hills for three nights.

People who have entered the contests claim that the 2020 lottery was a fraud and allegedly sold their private information to advertisers.

However, a source said there are legitimate winners and paperwork to prove it.
