?

The first smartphone was the 'IBM Simon.' It has features for calling, fax, email, and notes, but it has limited applications only.

Steve Jobs introduced the iPhone worldwide in 2007, and since then, the world of smartphones has changed drastically

Google created the Android operating system. As a direct rival to the iPhone, the HTC Dream was released in 2008. The Android operating system was first introduced with the HTC Dream.

Samsung GT- 17500 Galaxy was the first smartphone that Samsung introduced in 2009. But what was so special about this one?

Unlike the original Android phone, the HTC Dream (marketed as the T-Mobile G1 in the USA), the i7500 includes a normal 3.5 mm headphone jack and a Directional Pad instead of a trackball.
