Jujutsu Kaisen continues its streak of popularity inside and outside of Japan, and it has now been revealed that the anime was the most-watched onstreamingserviceswithin Japan.
Marketing company GEM Partners revealed in a report the 20 most-watched series in Japan on all streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video.
The data is based on a survey of 7,000 Japanese between the ages of 16 and 69 about their consumption habits on the platforms Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, U-NEXT, Hulu Japan, Disney +, Docomo anime store, dTV, ABEMA Premium, and Paravi.

With this data in hand, the company drew up a list of the 20 most viewed series among the Japanese through such platforms. This is the complete list:

- 9 . The walking dead
- 8 . HITOSHI MATSUMOTO Presents Documentary
- 7 . My hero academia
- 6 . LAID-BACK CAMP Season 2
- 5 . That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime

The series based on Gege Akutami’s manga was also the most-watched of February in its home country. However, it suffered a drop during the months of March and April in its number of viewers, although this was not enough for it to abandon the first place.
