Samsung has introduced the new Galaxy Tab S10 series, emphasizing AI-powered features as a key selling point. The lineup includes two models: the 14.6-inch Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and the 12.4-inch Galaxy Tab S10+.
Both tablets come equipped with anti-reflective Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays, a quad-speaker setup with AI Dialogue Boost, and an IP68 durability rating, making them resistant to dust and water. The tablets will be available for purchase next month, with pre-orders starting today.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra boasts a 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 2960 x 1848 resolution and runs on Android 14. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor and offers either 12GB or 16GB of RAM, depending on the configuration.
AI tools like Circle to Search, Handwriting Assist, Note Assist, and Sketch to Image are integrated and are all accessible with the included S Pen. Additionally, the Tab S10 Ultra can function as a smart home hub via SmartThings, offering a 3D Map View and Insight Messages to manage and monitor connected devices.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra also features an advanced camera system, with 13MP and 8MP ultra-wide rear cameras, and 12MP dual front-facing cameras. It supports Wi-Fi 7, 5G, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and has an impressive 11,200 mAh battery.
Samsung Knox security and compatibility with various accessories, such as keyboard covers and an outdoor cover, enhance its versatility. The base model, offering 256GB of storage, starts at $1,200, with higher storage options available and MicroSD expansion up to 1.5TB.
The Galaxy Tab S10+ shares many features with the Ultra model but has a slightly smaller 12.4-inch display with a resolution of 2800 x 1752. While it maintains the 120Hz refresh rate, its front camera setup is less complex, with a single 12MP ultra-wide lens.
The battery capacity is reduced to 10,090 mAh, and both storage options (256GB and 512GB) come with 12GB of RAM. Like the Ultra, the S10+ supports MicroSD expansion up to 1.5TB.
The Galaxy Tab S10+ will be priced starting at $999 for the 256GB model, with pre-orders available immediately. Both tablets are offered in Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver, catering to users who seek high-performance, AI-integrated tablets with varying screen sizes and battery capacities.
