The “Triumph Together” event marks the grand finale of Pokémon Go’s “Shared Skies” season, running from August 23 to 31. This event is a collaborative effort among the game’s three teams—Valor, Instinct, and Mystic. Each team has specific challenges to complete, with the overall goal of unlocking various rewards and bonuses. The event emphasizes teamwork and competition as players work to achieve collective milestones.
Team Valor’s challenge requires players to defeat 75 million Team Go Rocket members. By reaching this target, participants will earn doubled XP from spinning PokéStops, access to a Team Valor-themed Timed Research set, and progress towards the Team Instinct challenge. An additional bonus during this period is the increased spawn rate of Team Go Rocket members.
For Team Instinct, the objective is to hatch 20 million eggs. Achieving this will unlock doubled Stardust rewards from hatching eggs, a Team Instinct-themed Timed Research set, and initiation of the Team Mystic challenge. During this challenge, certain Pokémon will hatch from 7 km eggs, adding another layer of excitement for players.
Team Mystic’s challenge involves completing 35 million Field Research Tasks. Successfully meeting this goal will provide guaranteed Candy XL when evolving Pokémon and access to a Team Mystic-themed Timed Research set. Special Field Research rewards will also be available, with updates to be provided as more information becomes available.
In addition to these team-based challenges, the event features a paid Timed Research option priced at $5. This research offers valuable rewards, including incubators and other premium items. It also includes encounters with Pokémon such as Ponyta, Elekid, and Lapras.
Field Research tasks will feature Pokémon like Cyndaquil and Emolga, and 7 km eggs will offer Pokémon like Grimer and Slakoth. The event promises a variety of bonuses and rewards as players work together to complete the challenges.
